Executive Directors

Madam Wu Yajun　

Madam Wu Yajun, aged 47, was appointed as executive director of the Company on December 21, 2007, and is the Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer of the Group. Madam Wu joined the Group since its inception in 1994. Madam Wu graduated from the Department of Navigation Engineering of the Northwestern Polytechnical University in 1984. Madam Wu serves as a member of the National Peoples’ Congress, Vice-Chairperson of the Federation of Industry & Commerce of Chongqing Municipality and Vice-Chairperson of the Real Estate Branch Chamber of the Chongqing General Chamber of Commerce. Madam Wu has extensive experience in property development, property investment and property management.

Mr. Shao Mingxiao

Mr. Shao Mingxiao, aged 45, was appointed as executive director of the Company on June 3 ,2011,and is the Executive Deputy CEO of the Group and the General Manager of Commercial Properties Operating Department of the Group. Mr. Shao joined the Group in 2006. Mr. Shao graduated from Renmin University of China with a Master of Economics degree in 1992. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Shao served as the Deputy General Manager of Hangyu Economic Development Company, a subsidiary of the Beijing Capital Group, and Beijing Xinlian Xiechuang Real Estate Development Limited respectively. Mr. Shao was also the General Manager of Beijing Zhongjing Yiyuan Real Estate Development Limited and the Director of real estate development division of Beijing Hualian Group.

Mr. Zhou Dekang

Mr. Zhou Dekang, aged 44, was appointed as executive director of the Company on June 3, 2011,and is the General Manager in charge of our Chongqing business operation. Mr. Zhou joined the Group in 2005. Mr. Zhou graduated from the Architecture Institute of Chongqing Jianzhu University and obtained a bachelor’s degree majoring in Architecture in 1989. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Zhou had been the head of the construction division of the Chongqing City Planning and Design Research Institute and a director in charge of design at Chengdu Bo Rui Real Estate Development Limited.

Mr. Qin Lihong

Mr. Qin Lihong, aged 38, was appointed as executive director of the Company on September 8, 2009, and is the Chief Marketing officer of the Group. Mr. Qin joined the Group in 2008. Mr. Qin graduated from the School of International Studies of Peking University in 1999 with a Master degree in Law. He obtained a Master’s degree in Public Policy (MPP) from John Fitzgerald Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University in 2001. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Qin worked in the Marketing Department of Procter & Gamble (Guangzhou) Limited, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and Anhui Chery Automobile Sales and Service Company.

Mr. Feng Jinyi　

Mr. Feng Jinyi, aged 40, was appointed as executive director of the Company on June 3, 2011,is the Chief Business Development Officer of the Group. Mr. Feng joined the Group in 2008. Mr. Feng graduated from Changsha Communication College (currently known as Changsha University of Science & Technology) in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in engineering. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Feng worked for No. 3 Aviation Engineering Design Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai Kangqiao Bandao (Group) Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Jubao Real Estate Co., Ltd..

Mr. Wei Huaning　

Mr. Wei Huaning, aged 34, was appointed as executive director of the Company on June 3, 2011,is the Chief Financial Officer of the Group. He joined the Group in 2006 and has served as the Head of Strategic Management Centre and Operational Management Centre. He is the General Manager of Finance Department of the Group since June 2010. Mr. Wei holds a doctoral degree in management from the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (School of Accountancy) and specialises in Research on Corporate Strategy and Execution. Prior to joining the Group, he has previously worked as a researcher at Center for Strategy and Execution of Cheung Kong Research Institute in Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.

Mr. Fang Shengtao　

Mr. Fang Shengtao, aged 39, was appointed as executive director and Chairman of Remuneration Committee of the Company on January 15, 2008, and is the Chief Human Resources Officer of the Group. Mr. Fang joined the Group in 2005. Mr. Fang graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering of Tsinghua University in 1995 with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from INSEAD in 2002. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Fang worked for Procter & Gamble (Guangzhou) Ltd and founded the Shanghai Tuosheng Associates, a human resources consulting company.

Independent Non-executive Directors

Mr. Frederick Peter Churchouse

Mr. Frederick Peter Churchouse, aged 61, was appointed as independent non-executive director and member of the Audit Committee of the Company on November 1, 2009. He is the managing director of Portwood Capital Limited. Mr. Churchouse earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, and a Master of Social Science degree from the University of Waikato in New Zealand. He has been a director of LIM Advisers Limited, the senior portfolio manager for the LIM Asia Alternative Real Estate Fund and a managing director of the research department of Morgan Stanley.

Mr. CHAN Chi On, Derek

Mr. CHAN Chi On, Derek, aged 47, was appointed as independent non-executive director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and the member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company on November 1, 2009. Mr. Chan is a Executive Director of Haitong International Securities Group Limited, a company listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and is also currently the Managing Director of Haitong International Capital Limited, in charge of its corporate finance division. Mr. Chan graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor degree in Social Sciences (majoring in Economics) in 1985 and from the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology with a Master degree in Business Administration in 1994. Between 1989 and 1996, he worked for The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. He is an independent non-executive director of GZI REIT Asset Management Limited and Sheng Yuan Holdings Limited, both companies are listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and is also an adjunct professor in the School of Accounting and Finance of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Mr. Chan possesses over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Dr. Xiang Bing

Dr. Xiang Bing, aged 48, was appointed as independent non-executive director, member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Company on November 1, 2009. He obtained a Doctoral degree in accounting from the University of Alberta in Canada. Dr. Xiang is currently the founding dean and professor of the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. Dr Xiang is an independent non-executive director of Dan Form Holdings Company Limited, HC International, Inc., Enerchina Holdings Limited, Sinolink Worldwide Holdings Limited, China Dongxiang (Group) Co., Ltd , Little Sheep Group Limited, Peak Sport Products Co., Limited and Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd.. All of the above mentioned companies are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Dr. Xiang is an independent non-executive director LDK Solar Co., Ltd. Perfect World Co., Ltd., E-House (China) Holdings Limited. All of the above mentioned companies are listed in the U.S. Dr. Xiang is an independent non-executive director of Yunnan Baiyao Group Co., Ltd, a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. In the past 3 years, Dr. Xiang was an independent director of Shaanxi Qinchuan Machinery Development Co., Ltd., Guangdong Midea Electric Appliances Co., Ltd., TCL Corporation., Shenzhen Terca Technology Co., Ltd.. All of these companies are listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Dr Xiang also was an independent non-executive director of Jutal offshore Oil Services Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Dr. Zeng Ming

Dr. Zeng Ming, aged 40, was appointed as independent non-executive director on June 3,2011. Dr.Zeng is Chief Strategy Officer of Alibaba Group. Dr. Zeng had been a strategy advisor for Alibaba Group since 2002, before joining full time in 2006. Dr. Zeng was the Professor of Strategy at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, Beijing China from 2002 to 2006, and a faculty member at INSEAD, France prior to 2002. Dr. Zeng is a frequent contributor to the world’s leading management journals, including Academy of Management Review, Organization Science, Journal of International Business Studies, Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review and California Management Review and his research expertise has been reported in the Wall Street Journal and the Economist. Dr. Zeng obtained his Ph.D in International Business and Strategy from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champain, USA in 1998 and a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Economics from Fudan University in 1991.

Senior Management

Ms. Fan Qi

Ms. Fan Qi, aged 43, is an executive director of Chengdu Longhu. Madam Fan joined the Group in 1997. Madam Fan served as the General Manager of Chengdu business operations from 2005 to 2010. Madam Fan graduated from the Department of Management Engineering of the Sichuan Institute of Light Industry and Chemical Technology in 1988. Prior to joining the Group, Madam Fan had worked for the Chongqing City Jiangbei District Shimen Tax Office.

Mr. Zhao Nannan

Mr. Zhao Nannan, aged 34, is the General Manager in charge of our Shanghai business operations. Mr. Zhao joined the Group in 2001. Mr. Zhao graduated from Chongqing Jianzhu University and obtained a bachelor’s degree majoring in Management Engineering in 1999. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Zhao worked for Chongqing Residential Construction Limited.

Mr. Li Jun

Mr. Li Jun, aged 38, is the General Manager in charge of our Shenyang business operations. Mr. Li joined the Group in 2006. Mr. Li graduated from Beijing University of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering in 1996 majoring in civil engineering. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Li worked for Beijing Beichen Innovation Hi-tech Development Limited, Markgold International Housing Land Consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd. and Beichen Property Development Company.

Mr. Huang Shixuan

Mr. Huang Shixuan, aged 46, was appointed as the Chief Engineer of the Group. He joined the Group in 1998 and has served as the Deputy General Manager of Chongqing Longhu and Beijing Longhu respectively. Mr. Huang graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering of Chongqing University in 1988. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Huang worked for Chongqing Construction Limited.

Mr. Peng Jiang

Mr. Peng Jiang, aged 36, is the General Manager in charge of our Qingdao business operations. Mr. Peng graduated from the Tongji University in 1997 with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and graduated from the Tsinghua University in 2001 and obtained a Master degree of Engineering. Prior to joining to Group, Mr. Peng worked for China Resources Land (Beijing )Limited and Taikang Real Estate Investment Co.

Mr. Yuan Chun

Mr. Yuan Chun, aged 36, is the General Manager in charge of our Hangzhou business operations. Mr. Yuan joined the Group in 2010. He graduated from the Tongji University in 1996 with a Bachelor’s degree in heating and ventilating discipline. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Yuan worked for China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd.

Mr. Zhang Xueqiao

Mr. Zhang Xueqiao, aged 39, is the General Manager in charge of our Chengdu business operations. Mr. Zhang joined the Group in 2007 and was the Deputy General Manager of the marketing department of Chongqing Longhu. He serves as the General Manager of our Chengdu business operations from 2011. Mr. Zhang graduated from the Department of Economics and Management of Guizhou Nationalities University majoring in Industrial Enterprise Management in 1992. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Zhang worked for Shenzhen Skyworth Group, Chongqing Yuhai Industrial Co. Ltd and Chongqing Jinke Group.

Mr. Wei Jian

Mr. Wei Jian, aged 36, is the General Manager in charge of our Xi’an business operations. Mr. Wei joined the Group in 2008. He graduated from the Tianjin University in 2000 and obtained a Master degree in Management Science and Engineering. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Wei worked for Procter & Gamble (Guangzhou) Ltd., Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and Tiens Group.

Mr. Cui Hengzhong

Mr. Cui Hengzhong, aged 43, is the General Manager in charge of our Chongqing business operations. Mr. Cui joined the Group in 2007. Mr. Cui graduated from Beijing University of Technology with a master’s degree in Engineering in 1997. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Cui served as an engineer in the Research Institute of Metallurgical Construction and Manager of the Engineering Department of Beijing Wanda Real Estate Co., Ltd.

Mr. Yang Xiaopeng

Mr. Yang Xiaopeng, ages 35, is the General Manager in charge of our business operations in Southern Jiangsu. Mr. Yang joined the Group in 2008. Mr. Yang graduated from Faculty of Architecture in Tsinghua University and obtained a master's degree and a doctor’s degree in urban planning in 2001 and in June 2008 respectively. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Yang served as an engineer at China International Engineering Design & Consult Co. Ltd.

Mr. Song Hailin

Mr. Song Hailin, aged 38, is the General Manager in charge of our Beijing business operations. Mr. Song jointed the Group in 2011. Mr. Song graduated from the Architecture Institute of Tsinghua University and obtained a doctor’s degree in engineering in 2001. Mr. Song was visiting scholar of Special Program for Urban and Regional Studies (SPURS) of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the United States from 2009 to 2010. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Song was Director of Architectural Design and Research Institute of Tsinghua University and took a contemporary post as Deputy District Chief of Fushan District, Yantai, Shandong Province.

Mr. Tang Chudan

Mr. Tang Chudan, aged 39, is the Chief Engineer, Director of Product Center of Operation Department of the Group and concurrently serves as Deputy General Manager of Department of Commercial Properties. Mr. Tang joined the Group in 2007. Mr. Tang graduated from Qingdao Institute of Architecture and Engineering majoring in architecture and obtained a bachelor’s degree in engineering in 1995. Mr. Tang completed the Course of Engineering Project Management of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and obtained a master’s degree in engineering project management in 2005. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Tang was Senior Architect of Chongqing Research Institution of Planning and Design and Associate Professor of School of Architecture and Arts of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute.

Madam Yang Ke

Madam Yang Ke, aged 40, is the Deputy Finance Manager of Chongqing Longhu. Madam Yang joined the Group in 2005. Madam Yang graduated from Chongqing College of Business and obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics in 1994. Prior to joining the Group, Madam Yang held positions in TingHsin International Group including Finance Manager of Chongqing Dingyi International Food Co., Ltd, part of business group of instant food in TingHsin International Group and person in-charge-of finance in south-western region.
