1. The project is located in Jiading New City in Shanghai, one of three new towns established by the Shanghai Municipal Government. It sits next to the F1 International Circuit, with 4,000 hectares of urban green zone. With the Jiading New Town Station of Line 11 is only 500 meters away, the project is a huge urban compound consisting of residential buildings, commercial establishments, and leisure and social facilities.

The project has a total floor space of approximately 452,754 sq.m. and consists of multi-villas, riverside villas, sky villas, SOHO serviced apartments, commercial establishments at metro station, huge supermarkets and community facilities. It is a Spanish-styled international residential district.

The project exudes simple Spanish charm. The multi-villa features the groundbreaking Siheyuan architectural style, and the plethora of Spanish elements is combined perfectly to conjure up a vibrant and colorful Spanish painting

 

Longfor·Shanghai Rose and Ginkgo Villa

The project covers an area of about 144,496 sq.m. with a total planned GFA of about 236,722 sq.m.. As a sophisticated small-scale villa compounded within the Dashe Mountain area, Longfor Shanghai Rose and Ginkgo Villa encompasses the natural, golden coastline running 1.6-kilometers-long, which helps to form the magnificent “five axes and five towns”, giving an impression of a fairyland. Sitting horizontally along the site are five elaborate communities which exude charisma and natural charm. Running vertically are five self-styled towns such as the Scent of Provence, the Time of Tuscany, the Memories of Bordeaux which conjure up the holiday fantasy of the Mediterranean.

The hand-crafted slopes in Spanish, Italian and Tuscany styles are created using earth-dragging, brook development and slope and hill creation techniques. The project is marked by a vertical difference measuring 7 to 8 meters. Villas in the valley were thus born. All trees were transplanted to the community. Every tree was delivered by a specially designed truck in the early stage of the construction so that tree shades are available when owners move in. The five-layer green mechanism is a groundbreaking method that goes beyond the conventional green index, bringing exuberance to the community.

Longfor seeks to minimize the official saleable area of the yet-to-be-sunken courtyard, the space magic, the multiple-door garden and the sophisticated penthouse, with a view to creating more space and maximizing the zone in which the complex integrates with nature.
