Longfor·Bridge County

Chengdu Longhu Villa Number 1 is a masterpiece of Longfor, embodying the Group’s 13 years’ of experience in villa development. The project is located at the foothill of Muma Mountain, Huayuan Town, Xinjin. It is adjacent to the Sichuan International Golf Club and is at the intersection of Yanliu River and Nian River. The two rivers and the mountain amount to natural resources in the region. The project covers area of about 469,883 sq.m. with a total planned GFA of approximately 265,479 sq.m. and features independent villas, which are to be developed over five phases. The first three phases have been launched, with the fourth and fifth phrase consisting of luxury houses

Longfor·Chengdu Flamenco Spain

Chengdu Flamenco Spain represents the best of Longfor’s houses and is located within Shudu New Town that covers 700 hectares of the East Town. It is adjacent to Chuanzhi Park, one of the three biggest parks in Shudu. Its surrounding areas boast a plethora of education facilities and 15 tertiary institutions. In addition, it is only a road away from the government’s administration center, the five-star Shudu International Hotel. And it is merely 1 kilometer from metro Line 2, which is currently under development. A trip to Qingcheng Mountain or Chunxi Road takes only 15 minutes.

Flamenco Spain occupies a site measuring nearly 126,137 sq.m. and has a total GFA of about 755,647 sq.m.. The key features are Spanish-style multi-storey garden houses of different sizes. The majority of the houses measure 130 to 210 sq.m.. In terms of design, the project is groundbreaking in that it does not apply the conventional “military camp style” layout design. The “standalone” and “duplex” concepts, which are normally applied only to villas, are incorporated to the design of houses so that the end products bear resemblance to villas. In terms of space design, the houses feature single entrance, a front garden, double line entrance, semi-underground private clubhouse and ring-shaped balcony, which are otherwise the exclusive features of villas. The materials, also inspired by villas, include multi-layered glass roof and rough stones.

 

 

Longfor·Three Thousand Castles

Longfor Three Thousand Castles is another high-end residential complex in the tradition of Longfor Three Thousand Lane. It covers an area of about 75,787 sq.m. with a total GFA of about 471,683 sq.m..It is located at the junction of Chengdong Jianxie Road and Erhuan Road, and is adjacent to Longfor Three Thousand Lane. The large-scale project features a broad range of amenities and is marked by first-class quality. As an upgraded version of Longfor Three Thousand Lane, it consists of garden houses, high-rise blocks with elevators, huge commercial establishments and SOHO apartments. It shares glory with Longfor Three Thousand Lane and enhances the living quality of the area.

Copper-Sparrow Terrace is the first Longfor garden house project launched in Chengdu. Longfor developed “top town” villas and “bottom town” houses on the basis of its Town-House concept. Every unit also comes with an underground room that captures abundant sunlight and a sunken garden. The “top town” type features several balconies and terraces. The skip-floor units feature even more new elements.

Longfor·Century Peak View

Longfor Century Peak View is located in the upcoming new city center in Chengdu. It is located in Chengdu’s financial center, headquarters of IT companies, the central hotel zone, the central media zone, the central political zone, embassies and the central park. It is a remarkable masterpiece.

The project covers an area of about 582,068 sq.m.. The 45-storey, 1,000 meters-high ultra-modern building faces the Tiane Lake line running 1,000 meters in length. It is also surrounded by Jin River and commands a stunning view taking in an ocean park, Chengdu’s one and only opera house and a 3,000-hectares city park. The river view is one factor that makes the project a top-end residential building in central Chengdu and an international landmark in the south of the city.

The building is inspired by the architecture along the coast of Miami. Glass and metals are used to highlight the sleek line and simplicity of the complex. Units on the flat floor measuring 275 to 380 sq.m. and those on the skip floor measuring 330 to 650 sq.m. come with gardens measuring 100 to 300 sq.m.. Hardware includes private elevators and four five-star halls. Hotel-style services provided in both Chinese and English languages and the upper-class residents effectively make the project a truly international one.

The elevator equipped with special sensor leads you to an observation tower measuring more than 20,000 sq.m.. It is free from the hustle and bustle of the city and forms a three-dimensional landscape by the river. With the river, the three lakes and three gardens in the vicinity, the project is no doubt the dream place to live in the city

Longfor·Three Thousand Lane

Located at the crossroad of Jianshe Road and the Second Ring Road in east Chengdu, Longfor Three Thousand Lane enjoys both prosperity and tranquility in the city.

The project covers an area of around 55,088 sq.m. and its total construction area amounts to around 325,105 sq.m.. It is made up of nine 33 to 34-storey high-rise apartment buildings with elevators, marked by a butterfly layout. It boasts innovative housing types measuring 80 to 160 sq.m., two-storey balconies and glass enclosed sun rooms. The community is equipped with comprehensive facilities on a par with villas, and has become the first cultural community of eastern Chengdu housing an outdoor swimming pool, an indoor constant-temperature swimming pool and a squash court. The commercial street Chunfengli allows residents to indulge in the sweet local life of Chengdu, basking in the smell of coffee and the scent of the leafy trees. Longfor·Charming Port

Longfor Charming Port is an elegant building in the wonderland of Qingbo in Qingyang District, Chengdu. It sits opposite the Qingshui River in the west, Chengdu-Wenjiang-Qionglai Expressway in the south, Super Overpass in the east and the urban road in the north. With the Chenghuanglu Viaduct built by the government straddles across the Third Ring Road, the project closely connected with the city center. Charming Port covers an area of about 87,490 sq.m. and its total construction area stands at around 321,192 sq.m.. Longfor has invited world-renonwed architects to create the unique wind tunnel design. The project mainly comprises 13 to 18-storey apartment buildings along the riverbank, measuring 89 to 164 sq.m.. They echo the 700-meter-long Qingshui River and the 30,000 sq.m. Charming Beach

Longfor·King Land

As Longfor’s first masterpiece in Chengdu, King Land is a high-rise luxury residence located in the city center. The project is located at the Wangjiang area in the east of the city, close to Jiuyan Bridge and the vast array of sophisticated facilities in First Ring Road area. It’s one of the largest top-quality residential communities along First Ring Road of Chengdu.

King Land covers an area of around 59,476 sq.m. and a total construction GFA of about 283,559 sq.m.. It is made up of eight 24- to 26-storey modern high-rise apartments with elevator equipped.
